TRIO Upward Bound at NEIU
Pathways to College Success in STEM!
TRIO Upward Bound program is a U.S. Department of Education Federal grant administered by the Center for College Access and Success of Northeastern Illinois University.
TRIO UB at NEIU serves 60 students from five Chicago Public Schools. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education.
Our mission is to prepare high school stunted to pursue a degree in STEM, develop bilingualism, immerse in work force readiness and experience education abroad.
