Pathways to success!
The TRIO Upward Bound program is a United States Department of Education Federal grant administered by the Center for College Access and Success of Northeastern Illinois University.
The TRIO UB at NEIU is funded to serve 60 students from five Chicago Public Schools. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education
